Bacon Ranch Dressing on Cheeseburger Salad
One of our favorite spots to grab a meal at is Black Bear Diner. My babes favorite salad there is the CHEESEBURGER salad. My favorite is the TACO SALAD. Both delicious and nice for a night where we want the flavor but aren't really feeling the carbs (haha. There are no carbs in these salads.... because it's salad...). We tried replicating the Taco salad a couple of weeks ago. Always a yummy experiment. Tonight was cheeseburger salad time. The online Black Bear Diner menu lists exactly what is in the salad so that part was pretty easy. Included in the salad is Salad mix (I bought romaine lettuce and chopped it up fresh) Burger patty chopped up (I used a 75/25 chuck and brisket mixed burger patty, Schweid and Sons brand.
